We are proud to offer high end paintjobs in our new facilitys in Mallorca. In our brand new paint cabin we work with the ultimate electrostatic paint equipment, wich gives absolute perfect results. With the difference of the good prices of the manpower in spain,  but under german specialists control we can offer perfect paintjobs for absolute unbeatable prices, and your wife can enjoy the Mallorca sun and beaches. And then you can fly home with a new painted aircraft.

Another specialialty is, that our paintjobs include an polyuretan transparent layer as last.This gives a very deep paint impression and a perfect pigment protection for a very long time.

1.   remove flight controls

2.   mask for stripping  
3.   strip complete using environmentally safe stripper  
4.   8 hrs bodywork and/or corrosion repair  
5.   acid wash and alodine  
6.   epoxy chromate primer  
7.   prep all fiberglass for paint  
8.   clean, sand and paint gear and wells  
9.   prep for paint  
10. apply base color  ( apply airbrush  extra )  
11. apply custom layouts, logos and registration numbers and letters  
12. apply last layer in transparent polyuretan and placards (customer supply)  
13. static balance & reinstall flight controls  
14. prepare documentation  for delivery  
15. fast turn around: down time- 20 working days
